Through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal, you can easily manage your health care by booking and canceling appointments, requesting prescription refills and renewals, reviewing clinical notes and select test results, and securely messaging your military health care team. Receive care anywhere, confident that health records will follow you to ensure continuity and convenience. Note that starting in January 2026, the portal provides access to lab results, radiology reports, pathology reports, and clinical notes the moment information enters the system. DENTAL COVERAGE Dental coverage is separate from TRICARE’s medical benefits and is offered through three different dental plans that are each tailored to specific military statuses. • Active Duty Service Members: Covered by Active Duty Dental Program (ADDP) • Active Duty Family Members: Can purchase the TRICARE Dental Program (TDP) • Retired Service Members and Families: May be eligible for FEDVIP Dental ADDP and TDP • ADDP and TDP are administered by United Concordia (uccitdp.com), while FEDVIP is administered by Benefeds.com.
