Drivers picking up arriving passengers may wait in cell phone lots located off Nimitz Highway on Aolele Street (near Lagoon Drive) and on Service Road A near the Airport Post Office (intersection of Nimitz Highway and Aolele Street). As another option, Transportation Network Companies (TNC) Uber and Lyft pick up at various locations that are primarily located on the ground level median curb across from baggage claim areas. WIKI WIKI SHUTTLES Operating daily from 0600 to 2200, Wiki Wiki Shuttles provide complimentary service (including luggage transport) between HNL terminals. Visit the USO Lounge between Baggage Claim areas 19 and 20 on Terminal 2’s ground floor from 0800 to 2000 Monday-Friday, and 0830 to 2000 Saturday and Sunday. Across from Baggage Claim 19 carousel, you’ll also find an Army Liaison Counter open daily for processing. RENTAL CARS Directly across from Terminal 2, the Consolidated Rent-A-Car (CONRAC) facility houses rentals from Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Payless, Thrifty, and Sixt. For offsite rentals, proceed to the PRE-ARRANGED 4 area located on the ground level at the west end of the CONRAC structure. Prior pickup arrangements are required. PLANT & PET RESTRICTIONS The Animal Quarantine’s Animal Import System (AIS) has launched web-based tools to streamline the animal import process, including the Hawaii Pet Owner Portal (HIPOP). From one convenient location, this online system allows pet owners to complete and print required applications, access important forms and track the status of their submissions.
