Young seals are often left near shore or along sandy beaches while mom searches for food. • Keep your distance! • Leash dogs and keep them at least 50 yards away. • It’s illegal and unsafe to pick up or handle any marine mammal. • To report an injured marine mammal, call 1-800-452-7888.
