Downtown: Spruce Street between First and Second streets, beach access at the west end of Second Street. (Overflow parking at east end of Second Street.) Midtown: Hemlock Street and Gower Avenue, beach access (ADA) at the west end of Gower. Tolovana Park: Tolovana Wayside, beach access (ADA) at the west end of the parking lot. CANNON BEACH BUS SERVICE Sunset Empire Transportation District operates bus service daily between north and south Cannon Beach with local stops throughout town. Buses are wheelchair accessible. BEACH WHEELCHAIRS Beach wheelchairs may be available again for visitors who wish to utilize them for accessing the beach, making the beach accessible for all.
