Additionally, Nossa Familia encourages volunteering. To help enable their employees to volunteer in the community, they offer all permanent employees 16 hours of paid volunteer time annually. They organize staff volunteer opportunities and provide flexibility in scheduling to allow their employees to volunteer in the community.
