When Uri Rosenberg opened Closet Factory San Carlos in 2008, he brought more than experience—he brought a promise: this time, success wouldn’t come at the expense of family. After years in sales and marketing, Uri was ready to build something lasting, not just profitable. He brought his children into the business, passing down lessons in leadership, perseverance, and decisionmaking. Their fresh ideas helped modernize operations and drive growth. Together, they transformed the company into one of the largest Closet Factory franchises in the nation. Today, Uri, CEO of the company, works alongside his sons: David, president, and Ronnie, director of sales. Closet Factory specializes in custom-designed closets, home offices, wall beds, pantries, and more. Recently, the team has enjoyed turning guest rooms into multifunctional home offices to meet the needs of a post-pandemic world. “At this stage of life, it’s not just about building—it’s about giving back,” Uri says. Family has always been at the heart of his mission. He’s proud to work with his sons, grateful for the support of his oldest daughter, Narkees, and deeply thankful for the devoted employees and loyal customers who’ve made this journey possible. Uri is currently writing his memoir, Brick by Brick, and enjoys time with his seven grandchildren aboard his Grand Banks yacht—sailing to Sausalito or planning Delta sleepovers.
