I’ve always loved entertaining and bringing people together—creating an atmosphere where guests feel comfortable and happy is essential. When I planned my own wedding over 25 years ago, I discovered a deep passion for orchestrating every detail. I genuinely enjoyed the process and realized I had a natural talent for managing multiple elements at once. What’s another strength you need for your line of work? You need a keen sense of style and the ability to blend textures seamlessly—combining rentals, linens and florals to create a cohesive look while incorporating the client’s unique aesthetic. Last summer, I designed a memorable moving-away event for a wonderful family that loved music. Inspired by their passion, I created a backyard “Lollapalooza”-style music festival. We set up fun food stations, a vintage VW bus vendor served as our bar and we had an incredible band. The result was an unforgettable celebration filled with music, great food and unique experiences. What do you enjoy most about what you do? Every event is unique, just like every client. The challenge of creating something fresh and personalized pushes me to think creatively. I love that this job is constantly evolving—each project brings new opportunities to innovate, making every experience exciting and never dull! .
