SHIPPING INFORMATION For USA domestic orders, UPS is our shipper of choice. For online orders that can be boxed under 150lbs, the UPS charge is calculated automatically. Orders that are heavier than 150lbs, will be processed, and you will be contacted by phone before your order is processed with additional shipping charges. Larger railing products are shipped via SAIA trucking company (excluding AK & HI). Most of the larger items will have a flat rate Shipping Fee, and will be shown on the item page, before you enter the item into your cart. For phone orders, shipping charges will be calculated depending on the specifics of the order. For international orders, please use the UPS online tool for calculating freight charges or call us directly for a quote. CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS / RETURN POLICIES Custom Orders: If changes are necessary after custom order has been placed online, or an order given via phone conversation, please call immediately before the order has entered the production cycle. Once the custom order has been processed which can be as soon as the next business day, changes may not be made once production has begun. Your measurements are very important. Please remember to confirm each measurement twice. Non-Custom Orders: All in-stock non-custom items are returnable up to 30 days from the confirmed delivery date. Returns must be pre-approved by eGlass and must accompany a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number provided by us. EGlass will refuse any materials that are returned to us without the appropriate RMA number. All returned material must be shipped back undamaged at your expense. Any used materials that were installed prior to the return will be rejected. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned materials. Q-Railing Products: Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Prior to returning material, the customer must obtain an RMA#. All material must be received in the original packaging, undamaged, and according to the packing unit qty. for each item being returned. A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns. The original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Q-railing. Once an RMA# is obtained, the authorized material is to be shipped back to the address listed on the header of this document. Custom items/kits are not eligible for return or refund. Custom items/kits consist of, but are not limited to- cutting, pre-fabrication, powder coating, bending, and glass. For LTL freight shipments, any and all damages and/or shortages must be declared to the driver by the recipient at the time of delivery and noted on the delivery receipt. The customer must notify Q-railing of any discrepancies immediately after being declared to the driver. Q-railing will not be responsible for any damages and/or shortages that are not noted on the delivery receipt. PAYMENT INFORMATION We accept the following credit cards for online and phone orders: Visa, American Express, and Mastercard. Checks, money orders, and wire transfers can also be accepted for phone orders, but will take longer to process.
