This design features our thinnest top rail and has the most DIY-friendly installation process. Since the top rails, like the bottom rails, are sold as 5 ft segments, both rail types can be shipped more easily and economically than our 20 ft continuous rails. The thinner handrail can also be easily grasped when walking down stairs.
