125 YEARS Elise & Amy Our great-grandfather, Jacob, opened his first location in Sioux City, IA, in 1900. His son, Ray, took over the business in 1942 and was later joined by his wife, Ann, in 1953. We joined the company in 1985 making it a third-generation family business. Greenberg’s Jewelers currently has seven locations in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota, and it’s because of our wonderful team and customers that we have reached this 125-year milestone. After all these years, we continue to be family-owned and pride ourselves on giving our customers the best jewelry experience when walking through our doors. It’s the multiple generations who have purchased from us, friendships, stories, and milestones that keep us going all these years later.
