14 Hawaii Parent NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2026 O Ke Kai Series with Oceanfront Stargazing November 14 Experience traditional Hawaiian voyaging and astronomy on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort. Hosted in partnership with The Friends of Hokulea, Hawaiiloa, and Kanehonamoku Voyaging Academy, this family-friendly event begins from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ao Cultural Center with hands-on canoe-building workshops, traditional lashing demonstrations, compass navigation lessons, keiki activities, and live music by Kawika Kahiapo. Later in the evening, head to the oceanfront Voyager 47 Club Lounge deck from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM for high-powered telescope stargazing with Stargazers of Hawaii, complete with complimentary hot chocolate and juice for the keiki.
