48 HAWAII PARENT May/June 2025 Through a curriculum based on the developmental stages of the human being and on the integration of art and academics, our children learn to meet the world with clear and creative thinking, compassion and moral strength, and with the courage and freedom to act. Honolulu Waldorf is currently offering a Summer Fun Program. This unique program offers fun-based Waldorf-style activities with developmentally appropriate, hands-on projects under the guidance and care of trained and enthusiastic staff. Children experience practical and fun activities such as cooking, baking, water & sand play, movement & field games, nature crafts, puppetry, reading, circus arts, farming, painting, handwork, as well as free & imaginative playtime. The program is for students from Preschool (Age 4+) to Grade 6. Choose individual weeks or the full program. Last year we sold out very quickly, and based on our current interest and inquiries we are anticipating the same response.
