WAIMANALO ART SCHOOL SUMMER CAMP June 2-6 This hands-on 5-day Sculpture Camp is designed for keiki who are eager to learn the entire process of creating a sculpture. By the end of the camp, each child will have completed either a 3D sculpture or a wall-hanging piece. Throughout the week, kids will: learn how to design and draft a sculpture, sculpt using materials like wood, clay, paper, metal, or other objects, and finish their sculpture for display. Each day begins with playtime and games on the farm, followed by music or yoga. The art lessons are split into three parts with a break in the middle. Throughout the camp, kids will be responsible for taking care of farm animals. The day ends with free playtime before heading home. It’s a perfect blend of art, play, and hands-on learning.
