Mililani Sharks, Nuʻuanu Arrowanas, and Windward Waveriders, youth ages 6–18 are invited to dive into competitive swimming in a supportive, team-based environment. Practices and meets are held regularly at YMCA pools across Oʻahu. Trained coaches focus not only on technique but also on fostering leadership and perseverance in and out of the pool.
