Regular farmers markets and a great food court also add to the mall’s appeal. Be on the lookout for new merchants at this mall, as it always seems to be evolving. The central Kaneohe location makes it extra convenient. Windward City Shopping Center (45-480 Kaneohe Bay Drive windwardcity.com) also seems to always be evolving. This center has a broad selection of merchants – from apparel to beauty to a gym and grocery store. There is also a Satellite City Hall, taking care of paperwork for cars and taxes, for example.
