REGIONAL CONTRACTOR UPDATES Beginning Jan. 1, 2025, TriWest Healthcare Alliance (TriWest.com) will serve as the new regional contractor in the TRICARE West Region. Health Net Federal Services (HNFS.com) will serve as the West Region Contractor through Dec. 31, 2024. New TRICARE contracts, known as T-5, will improve the delivery, quality and cost of your health care services. The new contracts will affect you unless you have the U.S. Family Health Plan TRICARE For Life or a TRICARE Overseas Health Plan. Contractors for these plans will remain the same. Also, dental and vision coverage is not affected by this change.
