Wait until they sizzle and pop, then add the remaining popcorn and quickly drizzle the maple syrup over, sprinkle with the salt and cover with the lid. 2. Cook, while shaking the pot back and forth over the heat until all the kernels have popped, then remove from the stove and pour immediately into a big serving bowl. 3.
